If You Have Download Problems.....

Some people have problems from time to time with downloads.
Not surprising given the amount of downloads, I suppose.

If the download has been deleted by rapidshare.
Please let me know here and I will re-upload it if I can.

Always copy the password carefully.
Empty spaces are the cause of a lot of failures.
It is better to type the password than to
copy and paste it.

If you have a problem first check the size of the downloads
and see if it matches the size given for that download.
(I'll try to give sizes in future)

If the file shows a CRC error then sometimes if you set winrar
to "save broken files" on the extract file page
then it will keep the complete movie for you.

If that is not the problem then go here

and download the program there (Its just 5 KB's)
and it is very easy to use.
When you run the program it will ask you to open a file.
Just point it to the problem download
and write down the number it gives you.

For example
9D9C7A49E7332D3DB6316C9D5E9BB2D1

This is a MD5 hash code and should match the
code I have for the file.

Just post the file name and the MD5 hash code
in comments and I will see if they match.
